Terms & Conditions

1.  Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, participation, and use of services provided by Red Fox Field and Bushcraft Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or taking part in any of our activities, you agree to these Terms.

2. Activities Covered

Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Outdoor first aid training
- Bushcraft experiences and survival days
- Axe throwing
- Air rifle sessions
- Archery
- Navigation training
- Guided walks

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (unless otherwise agreed). We accept bookings online and/or via direct arrangement. Prices are as stated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

- Customer cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the activity will be refunded.

 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date.
- Provider cancellations: If we must cancel due to unsafe conditions, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- Activities will go ahead in most weather conditions. However, we reserve the right to alter or cancel an activity for safety reasons.

5. Participant Responsibilities

You must follow all instructions given by our instructors. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity without refund.
You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities before the activity.
You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair your safety.

6. Age and Participation

Our activities are open to families, individuals, and groups of all ages, unless otherwise stated.

- Axe Throwing and Air Rifles: Participants must be 18 years or older. 
- Archery, Bushcraft, Survival, Navigation, and Guided Walks: Suitable for most ages, but participants must be able to follow safety instructions.
- Under 18s: Must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, unless the activity is part of a pre-arranged school or youth group session.
- Parents/guardians remain responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children in their care.

7. Health and Safety

Outdoor and adventure activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating, you accept these risks.
We take all reasonable steps to provide safe and enjoyable experiences but cannot eliminate all risks.
Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn for outdoor conditions.

On arrival to site, there will be a general welfare and safety briefing, upon which you will be asked to sign a declaration stating you are in agreement with the activities taking place. ​

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for loss, damage, or injury suffered except where caused by our proven negligence.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

 9. Insurance

We hold appropriate public liability insurance. Participants are advised to obtain their own personal insurance if desired.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
